Hello, I wanted to let you know that this is one of the best sites i have ever seen to promote this province’s natural beauty. My wife and I live in Miramichi, and for a couple of years, have been visiting several falls in the region and other places. Today, we were in Bathurst, and we decided to come home on Route 430, we stopped to look for the Nepisiguit Falls on the way. We found it easy enough and I had no idea that this falls is actually a hydro-electric dam, it has history, built in 1920 and still used today, it was purchased by NB Power 2 years ago. It is a beautiful site and very interesting visit, One of the operators (There is only ever one at a time there) his name is Charlie Doctor. He showed us the whole thing with the 6 storeys underground in an old elevator, the turbines, generators et all…highly recommended
